Musical theatre, the real thing.

Calmer mornings. Braver children.

Affirmations are only as good as the voice that speaks them. I record every Brave Young Minds track myself, shaping each pause and each word so your child feels safe, seen and capable.

  • Morning and bedtime audio your child asks to play again
  • Personalised to your child's name and what they are facing
  • Seven minutes a day, no special skills needed

Meet Diane

A teacher, a performer, a mum.

I am a children's educator, voice artist, singer and musical theatre performer, with nearly two decades in education. I have directed school productions with up to 500 children, across three casts, and I have watched what happens when a shy child hears the applause for the first time.

I also know the other side of confidence: the quiet moments at home, the big feelings, the stressful mornings. That is why Take a Bow has two homes, the stage and the living room.

Everything here is built on one belief. When children are given safe places to express themselves, they grow into people who are not afraid to be seen.
